Mr. Sklenka has over 15 years experience in corporate finance in the areas of capital raisings, IPOs, acquisitions and project finance in the resources and technology sectors. Mr. Sklenka has worked with a number of listed public companies in both Australia and Canada and developed extensive experience in company formation, capital raising and project acquisition.
